Yeah, amazing about sums it up Thanks again! I picked up the header from the welders yesterday and I will be rethreading it in the next week. I got the flanges cleaned up and am working on taking all the crappy paint off. Then the motor is just waiting on the hull. I was planning on spraying it today but the humidity is off the charts.

Pictures. I received my steering cable extension today from osidebill (looks great by the way) so the ultra pump is actually steerable with the stock 15f cable. I also took some pictures of the ski all stripped down waiting on me to spray it. The last picture is of a spot under the cowling that is slightly raised above the rest of the area. It does not look like it serves any purpose (non load bearing) and there is nothing attached to it which leads me to the conclusion that it should be cut out with a hole saw and a flo rite installed over it, then the cowling put back on.

Yeah I was wearing that when I came home, then I took some off to sand.

I am actually wearing jeans, a jumpsuit, a hoodie, a long sleeve shirt, gloves taped on, a head scarf, the hood up on the hoodie, a face shield, and my mask. safety first!

I am hoping to get the header done asap so I can get the exhaust setup. Next week is spring break so I will be cranking out as much as I can. I am planning a ride from Galveston to Port Aransas this summer and I want to have this finished for it. Thanks Doug! Thanks again for trimming some fat from my thread.

Hey Sean quick question you may know the answer to.... Do you know if the Ultra 250 injectors are the exact same dimensions as the 15f? Basically I'm wondering because I'm trying to find o-ring seals that will work better with my subaru STI injectors. The injectors I have have a lot smaller inlet nozzle. They still seal because they have a metal face (arrows points to the metal face) that rests on the rubber seal inside the intake manifold, but I wanted to get new orings that will seal on both faces, around the actual inlet nozzle, and around the metal face. I have have to find them somewhere, but I wasn't sure if the 250 injectors may be more like the sti injectors.

Beerdart, YOU ARE THE MAN!!! The spacers fit great, one more thing out of the way.

The 15f ans 250x injectors are the same size, those pictured look more like zx12r injectors which use a similar design, it might be worth looking into.

    fuelab

Fuelab efi fuel pressure regulator. I figured that since I have been working on this for almost 2 years now that I would make everything look nice as well as working, so the fuel system will be all braided nylon hose with an push loc fittings.

I am waiting on a few more pieces and I need to decide how I want to run the lines.
