    are you planning on running F/A's or just rebuilding stock carbs?

    Keeping the stock air box. I already re-jeted, got everything listed minues the needles and needle seats.

    110 Pilot jets, 1 turn out on low speed adjusters
    120 main jets, 1-1/2 turn out on high speed adjusters
    Going to set the pop off today I think I know how to do it. Looking for 42ish

    if you did not change the N&S and are using the stock 1.2 N&S you can not get to 42psi. and with the stock airbox you are going to be rich with the 110 pilot

    guess I am getting F/A's I should have read it right. Just tried to get it to 43 and cut two springs till they were to low. So now I need springs.
    F/A, neddles and seats. %$%$#%^ I should have left them in the ski till winter. I wanted to keep the stock air box because its safer when someone rolls the ski over. This is taking forever!

    You have two choices, put a 1.5 N&S w/95 gr spring and F/A's or install a 100 pilot and change your spring to 80 gr and keep the stock air box.

    Oh and BTW thank you for the advice and direction. I am sure once I get this setup right I am gonna really love it. I am gonna get some F/A (hopefully cheap) and new springs. I hate putting the stock air box back on anyway.
