Warranty repair?

I bought a 2005 RXT at Dealer A. I also bought a "maintenance package" that gives me preferential service and 3 tune ups per year; big mistake. Dealer A is completely disinterested in fixing my leak problem or doing anything to help given that they already have my money. Their jetski mechanic is also not real on the ball and the water tank that is supposedly used for troubleshooting is full of rust and out of service so I'm looking for another dealer/mechanic.

If my ski is under warranty, will Dealer B do warranty repairs or will I have to pay then since the ski wasn't purchased there?

Forgot something; is fixing a leak considered "warranty repair"?

any authorized seadoo dealer will do warranty repairs no matter where you bought your ski from. your maintance package thing..did you get that through seadoo/brp? if so, there should be no problem going to whichever dealer you want. as for the leak being covered under warranty..im not sure..i suppose you or the dealer you take it to would have to pin point whats leaking and determine the cause. your dealer should be able to push it through warranty anyway.
