thanks pro for the deal on the float i got it installed today , it now reads the level , but i tryed cranking it after the wire swap it back fired again , thought it was just that to much fuel so cranked it again then it back fired again but not as bad ,
so just from being tired from wrestling with the tank in side the hull i went inside ,
any body think 3rd time is a charm ?

Did you get this figured out? You can determine your cranks firing order by pulling the heads off (or carefully use a screw driver down the bore) and rolling the Mag piston to the top. Keep rolling it over by hand(counter clockwise from the rear), and see if the PTO or CEN piston comes up first. Then you have your firing order of your crank.

ya i did turn it over , the orignal 96 crank i took out went 123 the falicon one installed goes 132
i switched the wires for the coil trigger , blk/blu blk/grn
i wonder if its becuase the cdi is funny meaning its not a polaris part number nor could i find anything on google about the pvl cdi ,
errrr thanks for asking but this thread died thinking that issue was resolved ,
but i wonder since the cdi is a odd ball part number if the orginal owner who did the update wired it differently than color coded

It is easy to get something wrong, then not be able to see what the problem is.
I agree with the advice. Put it back to normal, then change the plug connections at the spark plugs.
I also like the advice of disconnecting wires, and running the engine on one plug at a time, until you figure out which cylinder, or cylinders, is causing the problem.
According to the photo you posted earlier, you have the 4060153 ignition coil pack.
There are two versions (and two mounting options, apparently), and the spark plug wire sequence coming out of the side are different.
PN 4060153 is the 1550 ohm type, with plug wire sequence 132 out of the coil pack body
PN 4060138 is the 1240 ohm type, with wire sequence 321 out of the coil pack body
