Ouch! I'll admit this is something I've been in the habit of doing & never considered this as a possibility.

Thanks for posting that! Good safety tip! And to add to it, it is possible for the ejector to strike a primer as well when cupping the round!

    Good post for safety.
I got busy last weekend. Pelican im3300 cut for my Ruger 10/22,my wifes Charger, bipods, earmuffs and enough room to carry 8 BX-25 magazines also opened up my 1720 for optics change on the AR-556

Did you do the hydro-dip on the CZ yourself?
If so, how difficult is it to get it to follow the multiple contours presented by the 'stock'?

Hell no. Fully trusted to a professional. Same dude who did my upper/lower on my AR pistol in kryptek grey and my CZ 75. He's also a full blown gunsmith. It was the molded in picatinny rails on the front foregrip area that my guy was most concerned about before he did it but he pulled it off and he even got the Troy rail covers dipped. The stock was probably the easiest part of the whole job. Under the hydro is a baked on basecoat of KG gunkote and over it is a coat of baked on clear KG gunkote. Mega tough x3

Well I finally talked the mrs into me spending a bit on some BP. The 6 months it took me talk her into it cost me about $40. Ah well......

Enough to fire 14-15 times a year for the next 35yrs.
