Step by Step install for Noobs?

I have a few parts I want to install on my 2000 XLL 1200 and I am a TOTAL noob when it comes to working on a ski... as in the most I have ever done is take out a spark plug on it! I am gonna be doing the following and need some idiot proof directions if you have them, pics would be great:

    - D-plate and cat chip install
    - Jetworks mod (Cosca style)
    - Free Flow Exhaust
    - R&D Anti-cavitation cone install
    - Beach House sponson install

are these things a noob can tackle themselves or am I going to need some professional help? I appreciate all of the help guys, this site is awesome! And to think I was wasting my time over on PWCtoday...
