I think the part # for the kanaflex in the document is wrong.
KD620WD-4 is listed, but I think it should be KA620WD-4. Not sure though...

    You are CORRECT Sir!!

The attached file corrects the Kanaflex part#, adds the engine cooling diagrams, and adds some comments about Rxt/Rxp/Gtx-Ltd stock IC's and external IC's. Not a big deal at all.

Thanks for all the great comments via PM's and the forum - glad to help out!

Looks good, simple and clean. I have been wanting to add a bilge to mine. I may have to do this one. On my other ski's I bought the fancy waterproof switch but the switch alone was around $60.

newbie here again...I'm compiling the parts to do this to my ski this season, so much good information on this site, I keep buying more and more preventative items. Great idea, great write up. Never performed mods like this on a SKI, but have experience with cars and bikes and am going to try and do this. Couple questions, I want to order the pump and bilge pump plumbing kit, but on the East Coast we don't have these Academy Sports stores... I know I can find the pump itself anywhere, but I want to get the proven bilge pump plumbing in the article so I don't run into any issues. Where can I order this? Academy Sports doesn't do online orders, just displays inventory. Also stupid newb question here, the strainer is just for the IC'd machines, correct? I'm non-ic'd and since the document is all tied together, maybe it's adding to my confusion. Looking at the hosing etc. pretty sure that cannot be performed on my machine.

Thanks again guys, you all have been very helpful... hopefully I'm pulling a SC off this weekend, if this weather stays how it is. I'm going to be doing wear-ring, SC is being sent out to Jerry, and Riva air intake kit, so I figure while I got this thing all apart, why not get this done.

Welcome!! Sure you can install the strainer on a non-IC ski and add the shutoff valve for emergency tow. Then when you add fizzles IC kit you are already setup. West marine, Overtons, Barts all have good watersports stuff.

ouch... did find a nice looking switch though...

Checked all three of those sites, no bilge pump kits, or anything that would be like what is pictured in the article with that nice piece that mounts to the hull. If anyone is near one of those shops or can get me that kit, I am willing to make it worth their time.
