water box mod
thinking on gutting out stock waterbox and making it shorter about 6 to 8 inches have you seen how long it is and how its made exhaust comes in compreses against baffle and comes back to the backof w/box and back thru thru bottom of waterbox and then compreses on the baffle again and then out to the exhaust ,just has too travel thru a lot of tight places to get out any suggestions and how load do you think it will be .
i think just to much air coming from s/c and not enough coming out the rear end. sugestions anyone

Yes there is a way to modify the waterbox look in Hulk's modifications and it shows how to modify the stock waterbox. There are also some after market waterboxes that are much smaller.
But you need to be careful about removing to much from the stock waterbox those baffles are there for a purpose removing too much could cause overheating.

What is the purpose of the baffles ?
So is cutting holes in it on a fine line to damaging the engine ?
Is it possible to cut the pipe farther back into the waterbox instead of leaving the 4~ inches on it.
