    I would also run double hose clamps on each end of the free-flow tube also for a peice of mind.

    can anyone show that actual part you take out? Do you take out the water tank? Do you also take out (leave out) the foam?

    PVC pipe is graded by schedule #.

    You should use thick PVC. Mine is almost a 1/4 thick.
    (don't know schedule, not printed)

    Cat must be out & if using jetworks mod I would stick to metal or riva hose.
    The heat generated from cat or jetworks mod will melt all PVC pipes regardless of thickness.

    Plus jetworks valve can clog. (even though I havent seen it)

    I double clamped on each side also.

    pretty much thats it on a stocker

    I used 150mm by 90mm stainless steel

    pat as said above its only required when you advance your timing and increase your compression. in these cases if you run the stock sound supression you run a high risk of detonation meaning you toast your motor.

    I should think of doing this, i'll be running 150 PSI next yr.

    pat your ok with compression only but when you go key advance and or porting its a must,

    dont forget you will drop some rpm's on top if ff is fitted

    , are there any ill effects if using the Riva hose with a D plate on a stock ski?
    I would like to due an air filter kit, D plate, and FF sometime in the future...
    what exactly is better for the machine?
