RXP Water in Hull
I drained 4 gallons of lake water out of the RXP hull before beginning jet pump support replacement. Does anyone have suggestions on where to look for the leak? I figure it must be a hose leak.

It is most likely a bailer tube hose or the carbon/ss seal on the drive shaft.

fill it up to the bottom of the sc..WITHOUT getting water in it...Look under the boat where your driveshaft comes out...You will see a seam in the fibreglass...Very slight seam... About 1.5 inches away from the hole the driveshaft comes out of...If it leaks there take it to the dealer for warrenty repair...

After hearing about all the RXP's leaking in this location I decided to beef the area up a little bit with some fiberglass while my engine is out.
The fiberglass on my pump tunnel seemed a bit thin and not very well laid so i used a sander and ground out the rough spots. I'll lay some fresh glass in this area tomorrow. I'll post pics when im done.

With RXP in water, I could'nt find any water leaks. I tightened all hoses, ran the ski for a half hour and its dry. I'll keep an eye on it though. Thanks for the advice.
