Throtle body stuck HELP!!!
I have an 04 RXP and the trottle would not move. It worked fine three days ago in fresh water , but when I launched it at the ramp today, the throttle was stuck. I traced the cable to to the throtle body and it would not move. it is stuck. Ski will barely start and idle.Is there anything I could do to the throttle body to make it move again. I disconnected the cable and the throtle moves fine. I was in the ocean a couple of weeks ago and am thinking maybe salt got in there. Any ideas on how to fix would greatly be appreciated as I want to go skiing tommorrow. Thanks
Regards,
Danny

I got it fixed. I removed the throttle body and it was gummed up. I cleaned it up and it is good to go. However, I did what you said and removed the elbow, daammmn, there was a lot of salt in there. I cleaned it up but am trying to figure out how that much salt got ingested. Never had the ski under water. Runs good though 74.1 GPS. BTW mx116 love the exhaust pipe, everyone gives me compliments on how the ski sounds.
