Water Leak Help
I have a bad water leak that I cannot figure out.
Just floating in the lake it dosen't leak at all. Hooked it up to the hose going into the external intercooler ran for 2 min.....no leak,
With both bailers plugged it takes in a quart of water after a 3 mile ride.
No hull damage.
Checked both clamps at the drive shaft boot. Pulled carbon seal back to look at sealing surfaces..they look good. Nothing is touching the drive shaft boot.
Rode with the seat off at 40mph didn't see any leaks.
Any ideas?
