aftermarket ignition coils
Has anyone ever tried this? Im mainly concerned about doing this on an efi ski. I know the cdi box is small and choices are limited as what could fit but I'm sure there is some gains to be had. just thinking out loud

You could easily wire the MSD coils externally but the question is does the CDI provide enough power to run them.

This is something I was thinking about. I could always fab up a box or something to hold individual MSD coils I was just wondering if anyone has tried it yet and if they had any luck. If not maybe I will be the guinnea pig

Part #42921 looks like it would fit in the box.
They use to make a tripple coil setup that could be mounted as on piece to the inside of the hull.

Good find Duke. Thanks. I was actaully trying to figure out a way to mount a triple set of MSD blasters but that looks like it might do the trick
