Yes,
I have the rear air on my RXP-X. I basically did the same thing that Sam@coastal did in the above thread. No relocation kit needed. It took a little bit of modding with a heat gun and both intercooler tubes had to be cut and small sections of pipe added. I used a stock 04 RXP old exhaust hose for the muffler to the side exhaust untill I go with a rear exhaust setup and muffler when they become available. I removed the resonator and the 04 hose fit fine and with 20 hours so far with no problems.Last edited by Enufpwr; 06-24-2008 at 03:36 PM.

This is how it fits with the rear cover installed. It's a tight fit, but there is room with the intercooler located in the stock location. I'll take more pics later if you want me to remove the cover and show how I routed things.

its actually quite simple, i wouldnt waste the money on a relocation kit. no real parts cost for doing it.

No problem... I took a few more quick pictures of the setup.
1) Performance gain for sure... 200rpm increase from stock 7800 rpm to 8020 once I installed the rear air setup.
2) No... I removed the hoses in the front compartment and the air travels out the hull via the two flowrites that came with the kit. (see 1st picture)
