GP is back on the water
Well went for the first ride of the season a few weeks back. I know I have been away for a while, but good news on my end we had a baby boy back in February so I am now a dad!!!
I have been stopping in every once and a while to see what you guys are up to. Good to see everyone making progress and not letting go of the GP's and Raider's!
I pulled the plugs today and I was looking at a few other posts with links to pics etc, but still wanted to get your opinions. Left is the front cylinder, middle is middle and right is the rear. I will pull the head after I put a few more hours on it and get a better read from the wash but want to get an idea for now.
What do you think?Last edited by bainer1290; 06-19-2008 at 12:12 AM.

Just thinking out loud. I really think plug chops are a thing of the past. I can show you three perfect plugs from a motor that was clearly running lean.

I agree with mrbtd. Piston wash and tach readings are far better judges.
Congrats on the baby
and congrats on getting this baby back in the water
