Water cooling lines on pro 785
Hi guys and Gals
Just i quick question. last year i popped the hose going from the center pipe to the quad tie twice. split the hose right in half in the middle. it's the hose right under the storage compartment. someone told me to pull the pipe and check for blockage. as we all know that i **** load of work. just figured i would see if any one else has every had the same problem before or any other people have any idea's

yeah, i burnt up my hoses last year. had a flow valve stick and they overheated. I just replaced all of the hoses. Got a 3ft section for like $60 or something. I'll see if I can find the link to the place I got it.
You most likely have a blockage somewhere in your lines. If you have a jetworks flow valve, that's the first place I'd check.

look here at post # 24 are those the hoses you're talking about?
I found the info, it was $38.73, $50.77 shipped to replace those 3 hoses.
Got the hose here.....cheapest I found.

Product ID says 36" long...that is just the length available. So you will need to buy (3) 12" sections at $12.91 a foot and it will come in a 3' piece that you will need to cut.

No, if the cooling lines on your ski are stock, their probably isnt a valve. Their is some restrictors etc.. though. I don't believe their is a valve on the '98 anyways, if their is....check it.

Check the line that goes from "C" to "D" This is where the valve should be located if you have one.
Check first though, is your cooling lines routed like that picture? Or do you have short lines that go from "E" to another fitting on the end of the pipe?

OK basically you need to veryify that you don't have plugs in the lines that feed the stingers. You might have some crap in the brass manifold or restrictors that feed the stingers.
I'd go ahead and double check all the cooling lines just to make sure.
