I am back!
First off all the "shootout" i promised was not performed.
I think starting a shootout on Friday 13 was not a good idea.
Friday 13 we had 3 skis:
ski1=riva plate + riva perf intake
ski2=riva plate + riva perf intake + riva waterbox
ski3=speedmagic plate + riva perf intake
During some test rides (we hit the water at 19:00) on Friday (Day1) some things were obvious:
ski2 was the fastest by far ,even with 2 persons it pulled away.
skis1+3 had same top speed and the speedmagic plate is much better in rough than the riva one.Holeshot was same.
Day2
Ski2 flooded!
The azz that installed the waterbox did something wrong and the result was to get water in the hull very fast even switched off.We putted it on trailer and forgot about it.(we were far from propper workshop and without tools or mood to fix it)
Later that day rider 2 was thrown of his ski while wake jumping and got a very nasty looking unκle.(he still cant walk or even drive)We spent the rest of the day babysitting him ,wake jumping and taking pictures.
Day3
I found a Jessica Alba looking girl and forgot everything about skis,Gps ,plates and things like that...
Day4
I hooked up with Jessica Alba looking girl and forgot everything about skis,Gps ,plates and things like that...
I am sorry for not having any Gps results and serius testing.
I can only pass to you the most obvious observations:
Riva plate Vs SpeedMagic plate = 0-1
Riva waterbox is amazing! As i said before ski2 was fastest by far even with 2 persons!!!It outaccelerated them also.
Riva waterbox is LOUD.2 LOUD.For rec use it will cause you headaches.
The sound will make you speed-horny.Very nice sound but LOUD.

right on Chris, hope ya got a, well I mean had fun with... that Jessica Alba looking girl. Glad to hear it did better in rough than the bat plate, that is positive news. Any thoughts on comparison between rough handling stock vs. Speed Magic? How do you like the quality??
