Victor,
Heres what i did to make the Riva finger throttle work on the 07 and up skis:
First I removed the thumb throttle lever off the stock housing via the cable and pin assembly.
In the first three pics you will see were the housing has a 1/2 inch extention on it..I marked it in red with three x's..You need to cut that off flush with the rest of the housing.Once you have it flush i suggest sanding it smooth..
Now install your Riva finger throttle and cable per the Riva directions..
(You will need to drill a hole in the stock housing for the throttle cable to pass as shown in the pics)
Once the throttle assembly is completly installed you need to cut the OEM grip were the rubber meets the plastic as diagramed in the pic.
Once the grip is cut go ahead and slide it on.You will need to get a slightly longer bolt as the stock one is just a hair to short.Bolt it up and put the little rubber cover back in...
I used Right Stuff to seal the stock housing were the throttle assembley meets it..There will be a couple of small hole so dont be like oh **** i messed up...Use Right Stuff to make a nice seal and you will be OK...
If you look at Muddys pics you will see were i used the silicone to seal it.
Then i just used some wire loom to cover the throttle to make for a nicer look..This install will work on all the 07 and up RXP and Ts (Not the X's)no problem..
Hope this helps..If ya have any questions ill be glad to help...

I just switched to a finger throttle yesterday without the extensions, everything went as planned except when it came to the grips, unless you make them really short, they do not "lock" into place, there for they are fairly easy to spin. Is there any way to fix this or just live with them spinning or being really short? Thanks in advanced

The OEM Grips WILL fit into the notch..Not all the way, but will fit...You have to cut off the lip on the throttle housing and the corigated end on the grip as in the pictures...You will need to get a longer bolt though to go into the grip as the OEM one is slightly to short...
