Hurricane porpoising
I bought a hurricane a few weeks ago and it wants to porpoise above 1/3 throttle. I own 2 other sea-doos and have never had this problem. Any ideas as to where to start?

Welcome to the Hulk!
The Hurricane is the shortest hull Polaris made.
Great for tight turning, and light hull weight.
I have not ridden one, but apparently it does like to porpoise, especially if the rider weight is not low. Keeping the fuel tank full might help a bit.
Other Hurricane owners have extended the ride plate, and made other changes (added trim, perhaps)?
Look in the projects section, and do some searches for Hurricane threads.Last edited by K447; 06-11-2008 at 02:21 PM.
