Humminbird depth finder in 150 Speedster
Just thought I'd post this to help anyone else doing a search for some info and ideas on wear to mount the unit.
I wont post results of the transducer install until I test it.
Remove the 12vdc power point and screw in a small piece of wood and mark your center. Use the hole saw for your larger hole and relocate the 12v power point. I hooked up the finders power to the purple wire going to the dash gauge cluster it will only power up with the ignition on.
If you have problems with the switch plate coming loose use 3m double stick body hardware tape in place of the Seadoo tape.
