New Oil Contamination Management System "OCMS"
This is an extremely simple and effective system that will maximize the flow out of the crankcase and provide an easy mess free way to drain collected fluids and eliminates condensed fluid from returning to the oil pan which would contanimate your oil.

Hi Guys, well this is it. Hope you like it.
It is only available through Green Hulk's online store: 4Tec Performance as he linked above.
Halfassjack and I have tested this concept dating back to February. You may remember both of us have 07 250X models. We both have consistantly drained anywhere from 4 - 6 oz. of condensed liquid per ride (2/3 - 3/4 tankfull of Gas) - this would have wound up in our oil pan if not for this system. Some of you have tested the same basic concept with hardware store items to further support while this system was being machined. This system makes it easy to cap the drain line to oil pan and affix to the engine to keep it secured, as well, make it very easy to drain the catch can.
I personally did not feel that I had a problem with GIO, however, my oil is alot better than before.
On an '08, it is extremely simple and quick since you don't need a crankcase fitting - less than 15 minutes for the average Joe with a basic screwdriver. See pic below for now, we'll post up the instructions well before you get your order.
You will be happy my friend!

How about the 2007 models? Is it more difficult to install? Thanks

The part with the red knob is a valve. You can simply put a canister of your choice under the spigot, open the valve and drain.
The 07 system includes the cranckcase fitting to maximize the flow out of the case which is also pretty simple to do.

Cap with RD kit
Can this be used in an 07 if the R&D Vapor Kit is already installed?

Tom it is not a tee it is a valve. It is a drain valve for the bottom of the catch can that is easy, clean and fast to use. See earthshakers pics above.
Yes. Our 07 system contains a billet crankcase fitting that maximizes flow out of the crankcase. The r&d kit did not address this issue.
