Looking for Impros service!
I am just wondering if any of you had any problems with Impros service. I read a lot of good feedbacks about Impros prior to sending pump w/impeller for repair. I thought it would take about 2-3 days (max. week) plus s/h as many of you stated. Today is over three weeks and I still do not have my parts back. Every time I talk to them I get an answer that they will ship it in couple of days. Hopefully it will not take any longer but I am very upset because in Illinois we have a really short jet skiing season.

I have had very good luck with Impros. I intentionally sent my pump and impellar before the riding season so I could avoid the push right before summer. I suspect when you have a reputation like Impros they have a large backlog and are very steady with work right now. This is just my opinion.

Need to fix damage from rocks and repitch impeller.
The thing is that they promised couple day’s service but then I do not know what happened and I am still waiting.
I understand that they could be busy, but they never mentioned that

This is very unusual for impros. I had a very good experience with them. I know that this is peak season. Good luck.
