New numbers in the heat
2006 RXP stage 1 , 15/20 -1mm , RR SC wheel , riva pro block off's , riva pro sponsons , NO wedge , holes filled.
Today air 95 , water 83, light wind , calm water , almost full fuel , 1 click above neutral , 114 elevation ,and biggest holdback was the 250 pound rider. GPS 73.6 mph at 8,040 RPM's
What you think ? I was hoping for more speed but I guess it's not bad for the heat and a full load.

So far, I've put together 3 RXP combo's very similar to yours. They all run 73-74 in the heat and 74-75 in the cold with the tank near empty. Sounds like yours is about right.

My wifes RXP with similiar mods with the exception of a 4 inch air intake and a 14/19 prop is running 73.5.So you are right on the money..Put a 4 inch air intake or rear air and you ll gain some more RPMs..With the Rs your showing you could use another hundred.Me personally would get her up around 8100-8140...Get them up there and you should see 74 easy...

Back in the winter I was running a 14/19 at 8,280 RPM's and 74 MPH.
I hope to see atleast 75 with the 15/20 at cooler temps and RPM around 8,100.

Who knows ? I got a vette already though. A second vette might not be bad , no where to put it though. They all can be bought for the right price !

I would like to know what the hell is it that you guys are doing to your ski's that you're getting numbers like that with that setup and I have more addons and haven't reached those speeds with my current setup. And please don't tell me its because of the size of my Lazy Boy....lol. Damn its frustrating!!!!
