GP800 hull rash
Can someone advise me how to fix this rash?
Is it discolored due to water impregnation (it has been out of the water since October, trying to decide whether to launch it this weekend)? Can I get away with just sanding it and covering it with some brush on gelcoat, or do I need to do something more substantial with epoxy?
Thanks in advance.

At a minimum, I'd put some marine-tex epoxy in that hole, and cover up those loose strands.

We got it out on the water today, and it runs great. I think I need to...
