Yes, but to make sure you optimally harness the power you'll have to dial in your setup for approx. 8100 RPMs. The gain should be 2-3 mph.

so i can just put an intercooler in and not have to put in a new prop? or would i need a new prop to bring the rpms to 8100?

A new prop would be a good idea, even on a stock ski. A lightly modded RXT with an external intercooler would go best with a 14/19r Solas/Riva prop.

You can pick up a good 14/19R in the classfieds to help your setup.

according to me if you have a The stock ecu you have a limiter to rpm so even you have a ic new you can't go 3 mph more if you don't change prop.....according to me.......
