what hole saw are you using
I have now cut 2 holes in my ski.
In the past Lenox has been my brand of preference for hole saws.
The other day a 3 inch hole saw blade was not to be found so a RIGID (home depot) bimetal was used in place of a Lenox. I have to say the rigid hole saw bit made an EXTREMELY clean hole. No chips whatsoever.
