Happy Mem Day - WTF - GTX no start !!!
Hi guys - just put a brand new Deka in the 05 Wake Ski - and went to start today and click-click-click - no start ... ran great for last 2 days!
Battery is down to 10.54V now !??!
No codes, 12VLO warning & red warning light on gauges?
Any ideas how to troubleshoot the charging system !!??
... just what we needed on this holiday !!??
Thanks in advance if anyone is out there today!

OK so now I ... (2005 GTX 4-Tec Wake)
1. Swapped out battery for fully charged new one - checked volts of new battery @ 12.75V so it is fully charged.
2. Put new bat in ski, hooked all connections/hoses back up.
3. Checked volts across cabled/connected posts & +/- bat cable screws/bolts - both 12.74V.
4. Attached lanyard/key, got beeps, dials moved up & back, no warning lights.
5. Put in Neutral and pressed START button, and then ...
... NOTHING!
Heard a short click (fuse blown maybe?) and dash went dead - and nothing happened !!??
Disconnected & re-attached key/lanyard - NOTHING! No beeps, no dash, nada, eerily quiet.
Any ideas guys!!?? This is crazy - has gone from BAD to WORSE!
Had planned to check voltage across posts w/ engine running to see if 1) regulator is bad, or 2) bad solenoid, or perform other volt tests w/ engine running before I start replacing things. Sure did NOT expect this.
Every small project this weekend has gone south - nothing has been easy. And I have not even got to swapping out Jerry's rebuilt SC into my yellow '03 GTX SC yet! Have been hooking up 2 jet ski docks too this weekend and whatever can go wrong has so far - so took yesterday off and just played in the boat. But I digress ...
Any ideas on these battery/charging woes I'm having?
Thanks again in advance for any/all help guys!
Sure could use 2005 shop manual if anyone has.
Have a 2003, 2004 (thanks Lurker), and 2007 manual - and having been using the 2004 mainly, but cannot locate ...
1. Where is voltage regulator hidden on the 2005 ?
2. Where is voltage regulator fuse?

FIXED!!!
... of course it was the 25 cent 30A main fuse - bottom one of the two in pic below to the left of the MPEM - BADLY corroded - so was top fuse but not as bad tho - system stopped charging, then stopped EVERYTHING!!
Kept looking @ those damn connectors - who would've guessed there were fuses inside each one when you disconnect them !!??Kept paging/thru reading shop manuals until finally - hey the fuses are INSIDE those 2 connectors !!!
14.4V across the terminals now while running - system is charging - looks like it was just the damn fuse! But will definitely keep an eye on it!
BTW - anyone know how to keep these fuses dry over long term??!!
... still don't know where the voltage regulator is - will save that for another day !!!
Thanks for all great help guys!
