Dan a few of us have made 4inch intakes and used a K&N filter or outterwear filter. You will need the Rectifier bracket from Justin and some 3inch hose or a 4in SCer adapter also from justin and some 4in hose. Run the hose up front and find it fresh air or run it out the back. Do a search you will find all the intakes.

Not sure if my machine is different from the supecharged ones but my intake is in the front on the right. I will still need all these items? I can make my own brackets and such also. I own a machine/fab shop so its easy for me.
I tried researchin and couldnt find many cai for the n/a gtx.
Heres a pic of what the n/a looks like

the sensor you are refering to is a rectifier. some mount it beside the battery including me. It gets pretty hot when the ski is running so needs to be in an open space preferably where air flows. It is mounted on a bracket that riva sells with their stage 1 kit. You can make it your self, or if you would like I could make one for you cheaper than riva ever thought about out of 1/8" steel painted. some gtx/rxt guys have mounted theirs on the back side of the fire extinguisher panel like shibby did.
I stole your pic. Shibby. Sue me if you'd like

WOW! that thing is bigger then i thought.
Thats a good idea on the mounting place.
Is there anything else i should be concerned about before i do this mod??

the factory intake box is in there pretty snug. After you loosen the four gas tank straps. disconnect the rectifier from the intake, and pull hose from box. Go slow, it is very important not to just rip it out there are many wires in this area. Don't forget to hook up your tops hose to your aftermarket intake. If not you will be leaking oil all over your hull. Good luck let us know how it turns out.
