What do you do for cylinders that have wear? Can't go oversize? Have sleeves installed? What are most of you doing? SBT?

i just want to know what mechanics are doing with the cylinders when the piston clearance is way out of whack. since they can't be bored, are you required to buy a new cyl/case for $1500?
