2008 C180
Just got a new c180, dealer gave me a good deal, I am coming from a Kawi 250x Jet Ski. WHat do I need to look for , also what type of fuel to put in and what kind of mpg is everyone getting?

Watch out for the supercharger clutch washers as some 08 boats don't seem to have the metal washer upgraded supercharger.Second use premium fuel in any supercharged/turbo'ed engine. Third the mpg for that boat is really subjective, it really depends the way you are going to ride it.
The C180 is no longer a small nimble jetboat like the speedster were, it is a better and bigger boat, but yet....with a single PWC engine in it, so if you beat the hell out of it....it will burn a lot of gas, but if you cruise more than often it is 'relatively' economical for a 18 feet boat. For fuel saving purpose stay at around 5500-6000 Rpm on your cruise speed, anything above 6K will burn more fuel.
