New Upgrades
Just got done adding to my ski the Riva Waterbox and R&D Blockoff BOV. Started around 6pm and finished around 7:30pm eastern time. Removed the intercooler, catch can and so forth. All my Free Flow clamps on the exhaust look good and tight. Couldnt fire her up because I have no spark plugs in her till tom. Weds. May 14th. I will be taken her out as well tom. and get all new numbers posted with the upgrades and so forth. I want to determine tom. whether it was worth blocking the BOV off and see if I see any difference since I last ran 69.4 with everything on except the R&D Cool Air Intake Kit, Waterbox and BOV Blockoff. If I see little difference I will be putting the BOV back on and see what happens then. Will keep you all posted.

Sounds like you will be working kinda back wards........Id run it with your new mods first with the stock BOV set up, get some baseline numbers then pull it out of the water then block it off and get the new numbers..........

I dont see how I read that this set up doesnt do anything at all having it on or off and if it was leaking then I would gain from it and even if it wasnt leaking it would just stay the same.

Go back and look at some of the posts from early summer of last year.
A lot of people (myself included) had good results from blocking off the BOV. If your valve is blowing off early, you will see a gain in performance. You may not see a substantial increase in top speed but you will see a gain in acceleration and overall performance. Earthshaker has tested several BOV's from other forum members and the vast majority of them blew off way below full boost pressure. If you are looking to fine tune your ski I would deffinately give the block off plate a try.
