FX 140 is ok $100 to install pump seal kit.
The $100 is just for the installation the guys is going to put the silicone and on the bolts for the hull he going to replaced with some sheets of metals so i don't have to put expoxy and his work is that ok or it's too much???? I live in Miami maybe the price may vary in other places.
Does the guys needs to take off the pump to do this $100 for just installation please let me know thank you.

Yea, too much and not worth it to pay someone to do it. You just take off the pump shoe, dab 4200 in the holes, put the rubbers in, put 4200 on mounting surfice, and bolt it back up
