For those folks who have not ordered there SS Grate yet!
You Guys need to under stand that this MAY be the only ordering opportunity you could get to ever own a stainless steel 800 intake grate. As foundrys usualy have minimun run that they will do. Think about it Jerry Has a 100 made and they all get sold and there isn 't enough People next time around who want a ss grate to have another 100 ss grates cast then the ss 800 grates are history! I am in no way saying this is what is going to happen but it is very possible. I just want to be sure thet you guys don't loose out to getting one if you truly want to buy one. I am not trying to drum up busness for Jerry. Just stating the facts. My best to everyone. Tommy Jordan

Good post Tommy. I don't think alot of people understand the work and time Jerry put into this to make this happen.
IT IS FOR OUR SAFETY!!! PEOPLE CAN KEEP BUYING JUNK GRATES FOR $150 OR WHATEVER THEY COST. I HAVE NEVER BOUGHT ONE. ONE I BORROWED DEVELOPED A CRACK. IF THE CAST ALUMINUM GRATE BREAKS AT WOT, YOU ARE GOING OFF, AND WILL BE LUCKY IF YOU COME AWAY NOT HURT.

I agree with Tommy, ive ordered 2... These will live in infamy and be priceless down the road.. Opportunity knocks...Better investment than gold or silver, or even oil! The GPR will be around for a long long time. 9 years of production these will fit. And whats going to happen when we put the SHO motor in the GPR and dont have a SS grate? Your gonna be kickin yourself then..

Yes it did (thank God
)
The wind picked up towards the end, but I got some good runs in.

I would have liked to get her low on fuel and stretch it out, but the winds picked up again.
SS grate felt awesome, and stayed hooked up a little better in the chop than the R&D 800 grate.
