Ski died in left hand hand turn...twice??? UPDATE!!!
I was running my on a closed course track today testing, I was on the stock ECU + the mods in my sig.
After about 2-3 laps on a left hand turn the ski bogged and died, started back up run fine. I did this twice both times 2-3 laps in, both times on a left hand turn.
Sounds like fuel starvation, has anyone experienced this?
Thanks

I had this problem about a year ago at a race. But mine was on a right hand turn. I changed the fuel pressure regulator with another stock one and it was fine for about 8 laps and it did the same thing. It just got worse. It eventually would not pull off. i changed the oil and checked the injectors and it ran fine after it lay around for a few weeks.lol I never found the problem. i thought it was seizing but it was fine. sorry this proberly does not help much. Maybe change the injetors or pressure regulator.

Could it be the TOPS? Don,t know just guessing.

Were these very hard turns? What trim setting? As GOLD was referring to, maybe bypass the TOPS temporarily and give it a go if the problems persist?

They were hard turns going quite fast, I have a drop nozzle so trim varies.
How hard is it to by-pass the TOPS, has anyone done this?

did it restart on the button or did you have to take the lanyard off and put back on to restart? we had our rxp-x do the same thing due to a faulty dess post.

I would avoid turning left or right and just go straight and the problem should go away.........
