    cylinder head Question

    Im bolting my cylinder head on and have the crank and cam locked and the cam gear is off about half a tooth either way acording to the manual it says to go with which ever tooth lines up best ?????? That sound right ????and do you use the 120 degree then 90 degree tightning sequence or is there a actual torque rating??????

    You don't need to time it in order to tighten the head bolts. Go ahead and tighten the head bolts, then time the cam. Tighten the bolts to spec (30 lbs/ft I think) then 120 degrees then 90 degrees.
