RXT Front Storage Area Drain Grommet
Anyone else have problems removing that damn plastic drain grommet at the bottom of the front storage area in the RXT (2005)?
It's just so stupidly fiddly! - I have to use a pair of pliers to yank mine out?
Why don't they make it a sensible design, that's got a bit of a loop of something to grip hold of.
Or perhaps just leave the thing out, so that any water in there drains out.
What does everyone else do?

I removed mine so water can just drain in the hull. I had about 4 cups from wave jumping one time. I just lifted up the edge and use pliers to pull it.

I drilled little holes in mine and made it like a sink drain.
