Success boys! If your doing this don`t use the o-ring. No tool needed either. Snaps right in.

Thanks for the tool 1 FAST V. I`m sending you a thermostat (stock) and an o-ring. This cost me 35 for the epoxy and shipping back to Dave.

You ready to send me the tool. Let me know and I'll pm you my address. Do you have paypal ? I'll pay you for the shipping and then get it back to 1FastVe

Just pm me your info. I`ll cover shipping,,,Dave did it for me as well as others and I have no problem with keeping the "Help Out" spirit going. I never had a chance to send out the thermostat. I will send it all to you tomorrow along with the o-ring.

Never happen. The thermo is on now. Tomorrow starting on xpower install and then plumbing. Gonna be a tight week for me. My lil one wants to be in the garage with me all the time. Makes getting anything done difficult. Moving this operation to the shop. But might get even less done there. Bud Light taste great,,,I really don`t care much about filling at 38!

I am doing Shibby`s j-pipe right now. I`m now going with a 1" and 1/8th hole saw. Should be an even cleaner weld. Then use the 5/8 drill bit for the sensor. The 1" holesaw was hard to get the bung straight because of weld to connect both inner and outer pipes. This should enable me to set the bung easily.

And above all,,,,when shipping pipe and the like, always tape the ends if your packing it in GOD damn popcorn!
