My new piggyback fuel controller with bigger injectors
Here are a couple of pics of my new piggyback fuel controller and bigger injectors. When you want to run the Vortech supercharger impeller with a ported head and racing cam the engine may run lean even with the Rotax Racing ECU. This piggyback fuel controller richens up the mixture to a safe level. It also has an interface and software to enable me to attach it to my computer to change fuel maps.
And have you ever wondered what that little bracket on the side of the ECU was for?

Jerry how did you get this?
Did they give it to you? For feedback?
Riva sure is putting out.

Unfortunately nobody gave it to me. I had to buy it, but i bought it directly from the guy that is making them. I blurred the name out just in case he does not want this public yet.
Ever hear rumors of the Riva Stage 3? cough!!! cough!!!

I've always known that turbos are "free" horsepower as they run off the otherwise expensed exhaust and SC's require horsepower to be driven as they are geared or belted to the engine. Could all the talk about the RXP actually having much less than 215 actual horsepower be because of this? No one has ever talked about how much the stock SC drains off the output power.

ProCharger makes good stuff .... Jerry, with the belt driven setup, will that feature a serpentine type belt and eliminate the SC clutch altogether? That way any needed slip could be in the belt, and replacing a belt once in awhile sounds much better than fishing pieces of clutch out of the engine. Is that on a 4-tec or on a Kawi in the picture?
