    PTO shroud remove

How I can remove the PTO shroud of 1995 Polaris 750?

Just remove the 2 hose clamps on it and pull it off, if you rotate it you can see its not a complete piece and can be taken off the shaft w/o disconnecting the motor from the pump.

Wear some gloves, mine was full of grease and dirt.

Post back if you need more help.

My 750 has one clamp. I just loosen the clamp and slide it out of the way. I then give a very hard tug on the larger end.
    Great tip about the glove!!

Don't forget to put it back on when you are done... it keeps the driveline from throwing water up toward the carbs.

and it prevents twisting loose wires /hoses around the shaft
