They tore the head and checked everything because of the slight riva contact.
    Everything was good.
I would double check the exhaust valve guides myself, if you still have the head off.
Check them yourself, if you can take the retainer and spring off. Just drop the exhaust valve in and pull it out slightly and try and move it around. You will be able to tell, if the guides are bad. Should be little to no play when you try and move valve back and forth. Grab the valve and move it back and forth from exhaust port to intake valve. Pull it out about half way. Replace them all. Usually they are all bad anyway to some degree.

They usually wear all at the same time, unless those
That contacted the old pistons were damaged as a result.

    Thanks for all the input.
Remember my issue is just one cylinder so is there any point in replacing parts in other cylinders?
Everything tells me oil is coming thru valves and not rings but ......?

SBT guides are NOT drop in ready. They MUST be reamed to size and you MUST CUT a multi angle valve job once the new guides are installed. I have a couple sets of Bronze guides I had made in stock if anyone needs them. Much cheaper than OEM and 10x better.

4tec exhaust guides have a decent amount of play even on a brand new head, intake valves have a lot less clearance.

Long time everyone. So trying to get one of skis that’s been sitting to run. My
    rxt.
It starts and after few seconds looses fuel
    Pressure and dies.
Changed pumps, good filters, changed fuel regulator, checked fuel lines, injectors. Seems to be electrical if had to guess. Searched forum and no luck. Any ideas to what to check next. Upon first start it runs perfect then drops fuel pressure and dies.
Not ran great before it sat for quite a while in Controled storage.

    Its 08 rxt-x ecu
    137 wheel
    48 injectors
with all other supporting mods needed.

    Is it the ecu?

Steve! Welcome back! I'd start with sending the injectors out to be professionally cleaned. Next, if you have the CanDoo tool, check for trouble codes.

When it loses fuel pressure does the voltage drop to the pump? It could be a wiring issue, or even an ECU issue if so.
