Looking in southeastern Tennessee , northern Georgia, western Kentucky! Someplace the family and I can get away and enjoy for a week, I know theres plenty of input on this topic since we have riders all over that region. Any help is much appreciated!

So is Dale Hollow. I have been to all 2 and they all fit your description. Norris has more houses on it than the other 2.

I was implying that he might want to avoid Norris if he wants seclusion. Hickory Lake is also another nice one in TN from waht I have heard but I haven't been there.

The only bad thing about Cumberland is debris in the water during the spring. I would pick another lake if you plan in May.

Probably from spring raines and getting the lake back to summer level. Lakes and river in West Virginia have the same problem in the spring.

Center Hill Lake
Smithville, TN
Best lake I've seen yet. Water is crystal clear and you can see down about 10-15 feet. No debris in the water. It has huge waterfalls and alot of small ones around. Plenty of house boat / cabin rentals.
