None of the above ... I did mine over the winter, told them no big rush, but I wanted it back within a month ... so they did just that, got it done and back to me within a month.

this topic is a total waste of bandwidth.
The responses you get may, or may not be directly related to your turn around time. It depends on things such as what time of year the person sent their pump to them.
You sent yours at the busiest time of the year, therefore you will pay the price in the form of an extended wait time.

From the time I sent it to them till the time I got it back was about 2 weeks. I 3 dayed it to them , and back. I also had him install a new 3 blade with nose cone while they were at it.

There is another factor in all of this. They will wait until they get a few of the bearing mods to do before they set up all the tooling to do the work.
Apparently there is alot of set up (According to Glen), to do to run just one pump. So you might wait awhile before it gets done.
I just happened to get lucky. Glen had 3-4 to do when mine came in.....
You might want to call Glen first and ask him if he has a few pumps in the shop to do before you send yours in. Or get him to call you a day or so before he does a batch, and you overnight it in.

Sorry I had to vote to see the tally? Glenns a great guy that does the best he can with honesty and integrity.... This doesn't serve him well, and he doesn't deserve to get put on the spot! .02c

Jawz:
There is no flaming of Glen here. Blown was simply asking how long it generally takes to get a pump turned around.
If you read the posts, there is not one where Glen is being flamed. Nor does he deserve to be flamed, he does great work.
