Snow Products Meth-Alky injection
Snow products system may be worth trying. I know some guy on here has tried this system and sed it did not work,but...... I bet he did not have the stock IC removed, and of course it's not going to be any inprovement.

we need someone with an EMS system to try this out. They could program a map with more radical timing to see if it made a difference.
I was also wondering if an alcohol/water injection system could help keep EGTs down on skis not running the fuel controller which previously had ridiculous high EGTs.
Jerry, all the other threads/posts I've made regarding alcohol are direct references to conversations I've had with Matt Snow about his system and possibly applying it to our skis.

I know I`ve personnally talked about this probably during my first tenure. This won`t help us yet. Or at least won`t legitimately versus cost and weight. These motors aren`t running enough compression and these blowers (if thats what you wanna call `em) can`t possibly produce enough reliable boost. I think finding the right intercooler with seawater is your answer over this. As far as racing goes,,I don`t see why no one is using a cool can for fuel. The dry ice would deffinately last long enough for a heat.
Jerry , and now I know quite a few others, haven`t even come close to fully taxing this mill and ECU`s. Exhaust hasn`t even come close to full flow potential. And there is someone who visits here that has done some pretty extensive stuff with it and he`s not close. It ain`t me either.

I have had this system for over a year. And I have always said that if we could control our own timing and fuel map (as in EMS) it would be of some benefit.

P.S. Tube Master - I have the RR intercooler not the stock one.

RXPDAVID what has the snow system done for you. have you tried running it with out your RR IC? When I talked to snow today he sed it did raise octain to 106 or 116 I don't remember what he sed. With the higher add timing of the new RR ICU could this system help?

If its advancing enough to require 116,,,then hell no,,thats over the edge and WILL cause engine damadge. But the bright side is that you`ll have an excuse to get the head totally done right.
