Installing stage II
Well the parts came in and I am happy with the parts. I am sure that Iwill be having a lot of questions. The first one is what should I do with the BOV? I have never used one and this one is integrated into the cooler. Also when I was taking the supercharger off last night, I was finding a lot a coating of oil on the intake and discharge hoses of the supercharger. Is this normal? Is this blow by. I don't have a catch can. I have about 110 hours on the ski. I also seen a lot of white residue in the area of the supercharger. It looks like the corrision you would see on a battery terminal. Some of the anti freezes hoses look like anti freeze was running down them. I don't recall having a leak or ever having a problem with temp warning. I will take some pics today when I get home from work. Any info would appreciated.
Thanks
Peter

Re: Installing stage II
The white residue is from the salt water so no worries.
How much oil is in the intake and discharge hoses of the supercharger? Its normal to see oil in there.
I helped a friend install a Stage II over the past 2 days and installed the BOV as it comes with the kit.

I pull the BOV off of my IC kits and block them off with a big rubber vacuum plug. Available at any autoparts store.

The easiest way to remove the resonator is to take a sawzall and cut the part of the resonator that the hoses connect to. (the part that looks like a pipe)
The resonator will pull right out after that

I don't have a saw-zall that is why i needed to find out the size of the nut.
