High Temp Warning
So I went out today and finally got some glass to ride in. The machine is running strong at 8000-8050 RPM for extended periods no problem. Then I Start playing around spinning out and whatever else and the high temp warning goes off
. Shut it down and waited a while and then kept going. Long periods at WOT no porblem then go to play around and the warning goes off again. It happened twice and then I stopped spinning out as much cause I didn't know what the deal was. Kept going for speed and no problems even played around a little after a while and it didn't go off. I was taking it easy though when playing around so maybe thats why it didn't beep again. Mods are listed below.......
On the bright Side.......70.1 Today on a 1 or 2 bars below full.

Ha ha it was nice and calm out so I wasn't bouncing around too much. Plus pre mods I used to mess around a lot more than I did today and never a problem.

Interesting, first time I ever got one. Is it because of the new mods?
So basically should I just ignore it and keep on riding?

I dont know if I would do that...maybe when you get it take it out of what ever your doing and just let it idle...or shut it off. I am sure Jerry will give you exactly what to do.

We also experienced the same problem when we installed the Riva intercooler, it is because of the way the water is rooted to the exhaust system. This problem is normal, it is part of the price you pay for speed. The Riva intercooler is a great part

Is it because the water has longer to travel to the manifold than it did with the stock setup? And yeah the Riva IC is a nice part!!

Well, I dont agree its because of the intercooler because I have the stock unit and this happens to me every time I mess around spinning and stuff....I have an RXT though
