pictures won't load up. let's try again. 5 and 6 pix is finish product, NO welding just bolt on design. I ride Ocean 99.5% so far its good won't come loose because of my Bolt on design. I jump waves and still nothing. The way my design was to let the bolt fight each other to stay where they are. Your'e gonna crack up if I tell you where my MPEM went

    Nice job.

Looks like you could go gel-cell, flip it sideways and slide it back even further.

That was the plan. This was done in rush for the Catlina 2007 race. Almost made it.This year, the gel cell will be in. This was a prototype. I was testing the boat at the AWA Ride in Delta with the Nor Cal boys. My Aluminum Box blew up on that ride and I decided that Party's over. The boat is well balance in terms of weight ratio, runs smooth.....one step at a time.

Oh, Thanks Hydro, here's a funny thing. I don't know if Sea Doo design their RXP this way but it seems everything is Universal Upside down

One more thing. Hold the gun aprox 3/4-1" above and watch the wire melt up into the gun that is a good indication of the correct wire feed and amps. I will try and shoot some vids tomorrow as i weld up my SLT rideplate

The smallest wire I can use in my machine is is 0.045 wire but I have been told with a 15' gun lead the smallest is 1/16" wire. I have yet to try to weld aluminum with my machine.
