mine fit like a glove too. it may be the presence or absence of the Styrofoam the the front that makes the difference

On the RXP tank there were two vent lines after the T. One up top near the steering / reverse and the other below the hull line.

Is the line that was up top the one to run to the GPR in (the one that used to go to the gas tank) ?

Keep the gpr system, and tee them back in. Read the above. It works great.

Thats the plan but I dont know which side is the RXP out (upper or lowere hose) ? I have the GPR side installed already.

Plan to use the other hose where the Oil tank vent was

You should be able to blow through the "out" side. It is just a 1 way valve.

You tee them both together on both sides of the in/out valves then hook it to the stock gpr vent system

Works like a charm and simple as hell. I've done 3 like this now.

    Yes

See below. I used a portion of the OEM air duct routing to utilize for holding the wiring harness, mount the voltage regulator in place as well as allowing it to help hold the gas tank in place.

The GPR straps work perfect and hold the tank in very well.

    Another option. . .

I installed an rxp tank in another conversion today. The owner liked the yamaha straps, so we went that route. With no seadoo airbox, we used one gpr tank strap and one XLL strap that I had laying around. crossed them and the tank is nice and tight. the purplish one is the xll strap. it's about 3" longer than the gpr strap.
