    Exclamation ?????????????

    Kale....

Chances are you'll never ever need to remove the flap door...!!!

Generally this only needs to removed when the ski has fueling issues..???

Seems to be you're trying to do every mod that's ever been done to a GPR..???

If i were you... I'd leave it where it is..

You need to chill young man..!!!!

    G....

When pulling out the fuel sending unit step on the gas tank is very useful. Makes the last couple of inches of the sending unit come out a lot easier. Just a little trick I learned from someone on the forum. I just removed my warped trap door and it was very easy...

Not brain surgery, just some trued and tried ways...

i have it off, but i cannot pull my sending unit out... i have thrown a minimum of 3 flat head screwdrivers across the garage, and have yelled a lot more times...

what is the trick to get it out? when i get it up, it just reaches the top of the ski...

Did you siconnect the steering linkage? it is a quick connect fitting. get that out of the way and just tip it back as you remove it is tight at the the top but will come out.
