anyone need the waterbox mod
Let me know if anyone needs the waterbox mod. I can do it at my shop. $75 including regular ground shipping.

Chris thanks for joining up on the forum.
Chris is right up the road from me guys and would be a great guy to use to have your waterbox modded.

to avoid confusion...perhaps we could get a solid technical explanation of WHEN one should go about modding the water box so we don't have bone stock ski owners slicing their water boxes open....
what level of mods must be achieved to warrant doing this, and what are the after effects on performance, heat, sound, and any sensor relocation

Those with the RR ECU should do it because it increases RPM's.
Any time you do the waterbox you should relocate the temp sensor that is in the waterbox. Zip tie it to one of the coolant lines coming from the tank and then plug off the origional location of the temp sensor.
