Low speed, pulling to one side or another:
Look under the ski, near the fuel tank, for delamination of the hull. Usually happens on one side or the other, and the paint peels away like sheets of wallpaper.

    Cylinders

I got a RX DI Seadoo and got water in the cylinders. I pulled off the plugs and been trying to dry them up. I've used wd-40 as was told by dealer and alot of patience. What else can I do, I'm losing fundays in the sun!

    damaged thru hull fitting

I let my son and friends take my 98 Sea-Doo GTX Limited to the lake (against my better judgment). Somehow the thru hull fitting got chewed up by the hose clamp that is meant to secure and seal the hose that covers the drive shaft where it enters the hull. I suspect the bearing froze up that's supposed to let the shaft rotate freely without spinning the cover hose. I don't think there's enough of a lip on the thru hull fitting to secure the hose anymore. The thru hull fitting appears to be a permanent piece. Does anyone know if it's replaceable/repairable?

    Outstanding info!
I've already experienced a couple of these in my 2 months of ownership!

    Updated again

I updated the SC slip specs and some other things since new X chargers often come at 150 lbs slip stock. Also added some things people might encounter if they have had the head off, or cam chain off, etc, as well as OIL alarm ideas.
